My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean with a comfy bed, but lacked heat and had a leaky bathroom ceiling. The service was friendly and helpful, albeit with some discrepancies. The location was convenient for my office in D.C. and offered various dining options nearby. The dining experience was satisfactory, and the hotel facilities were decent.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, but had a lot of bugs which forced us to change rooms. The service was professional and friendly, with no issues accommodating us. The location was great, walking distance to the White House and surrounded by plenty of dining options. However, the dining experience was not included in the rate and one of the best in DC. The facilities were decent overall, but not ideal due to the bugs issue.
