the hotel boasts an amazing location, close to key attractions. i found the staff helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. the pool was a good addition. it was clean and well-kept.

I noticed there was excessive carpet. Even the bathroom area with the sink had carpet. It felt quite weird. I think the hotel should consider updating this feature.

the bed was comfortable. i also appreciated the view of thomas circle at night. it really added to the experience. the bathtub size was adequate.
the rooms seemed outdated. the rooms were also small. our room had a musty smell and both my son and i received several bites on our ankles during our first night in the room.

The location was excellent. Many great spots were within walking distance. the pool was really beautiful, and the staff were generally polite and efficient. (i especially liked the pool area!)
The facility felt somewhat outdated, and the photos on the website did not fully represent this. there was too much carpet in my room. Even the bathroom area with the sink had carpet.

The staff was really gracious. the pool was also a plus. I enjoyed a refreshing swim after a day of meetings. the location was very convenient. it was close to several attractions and restaurants. i appreciated the comfortable bed.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet in my room. it was minor, but noticeable.

the room was clean. the staff mistakenly placed a baby crib in the room, while i was out for the day. i notified the front desk. the cheerful service staff came within 5 minutes and removed the crib promptly (i was impressed by their quick response). the front desk is friendly and helpful.
check-in was awkward. the receptionist was not cute. he was not rude, but i could see he wanted us to check-in and go away. the next morning we decided to dine in and our server was very sweet.
